Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "RODO", we inform you that :

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, based in Warsaw, 86 Koszykowa Street, 02-008 Warsaw.

  3. Your data will be processed as part of e-mail communication and will be further stored within the e-mail repository (for a period of 7 years) for the purpose of recording correspondence on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
  4. Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to handle the submitted contact request.
  5. The recipients of your data will be the Administrator's employees. In addition, your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, with whom contracts have been concluded for the entrustment of personal data processing (e.g. IT service providers) or to entities authorized by law.
  6. You have the right to access your data (Article 15 RODO), to rectify (Article 16 RODO), to erase (Article 17 RODO), to restrict processing (Article 18 RODO), and to object to processing (Article 21 RODO). You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
