Professor Joanna Walendzik-Stefańska appointed professor

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Prof. Joanna Walendzik-Stefańska as professor. She is a highly regarded lecturer in interior design, an outstanding teacher and researcher, and has been associated with our university for many years.

The professorship, awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland, is one of the highest distinctions in an academic career. It is the culmination of many years of consistent scientific, teaching, and organizational work, and at the same time marks the beginning of a new stage of scientific and creative activity.

For years, Professor has been passionately and enthusiastically educating successive generations of Interior Design students, inspiring them to think creatively, seek their own design path, and take a responsible approach to space and its users. Her teaching and research activities are recognized in both academic and artistic circles.

The formal presentation of professorial appointments took place during a ceremony attended by the President of Poland, emphasizing the prestige and significance of this distinction.
