We are pleased to announce that two new people have joined the team of our Department - Agata Raczynska, PhD, and Mariusz Jednoralski, PhD. They will strengthen our research and teaching competencies in the areas of bioinformatics, chemoinformatics and artificial intelligence.
Agata Raczynska, PhD, specializes in protein analysis using chemoinformatics methods, and has extensive experience in protein design, molecular modeling and evolutionary analysis. She has co-authored numerous publications and bioinformatics tools developed through international collaborations.
Dr. Mariusz Jednoralski is a specialist in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on predictive methods and reinforcement learning. Among other things, he conducts research on ML and LLM models and graph algorithms used in decision support systems.
