Girls, apply to join the Digital Opportunities Club
Are you a student in at least the second year of an ICT-related field*? Do you want to gain a scholarship, references, new skills and knowledge? Apply to the Digital Opportunities Club project implemented by NASK and the Digital Dialogue Association!
More than 5,000 zlotys - that's even how much the project's annual stipend can total.
The enrolment female students has started. The first step is to fill out a simple form.
Objectives and challenges
In this project, we are keen to promote role models. We want to encourage school-age girls to tie their educational and professional future to ICT, but also to support the development of young women students who have already made such a choice," says Przemysław Kuna, NASK's deputy director for Infrastructure and Education Projects.
Within the framework of the KCM, free workshops on new technologies and digital competencies will be organized across the country for young people in grades IV-VIII of elementary schools from 2025-2029. 60% of the participants in the workshop groups will be girls. The classes will be conducted by specially trained - by NASK and the Digital Dialogue Association - female students of ICT-related faculties from polytechnics and other public and non-public universities from all over the country.
The classes will be organized in four-day cycles - during summer vacation and winter vacations - and one-day cycles - in October. The first summer classes are already this summer!

In the next step, project implementers will contact those who filled out the form and, after initial verification, invite them to a free training course. At it, the girls will gain new knowledge, skills and authorizations that will allow them to teach classes to schoolgirls and students in the fields of programming, robotics, artificial intelligence and
online safety, among others.
