The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology does not offer its own dormitories for PJAIT students.

We are well aware of the difficulties involved in finding accommodation/room at a reasonable price and with good access to campus.

We encourage you to check out the agencies that provide offers for PJAIT students.

Description
Student Depot private dormitories are located in Mokotów. The dormitories have excellent transport connections to the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Student Depot Suwak has been operating for several seasons and is very popular among students. The second facility, Student Depot Wilanowska, was opened in October 2023. What also sets Student Depot private dormitories apart is:

• 24/7 security;
• transparent billing (utility and internet costs are included in the rent);
• guarantee of the same price throughout the lease period;
• international community of students from all over the world;
• attractive common areas such as a coworking space for socializing and studying, as well as chill-out and multimedia rooms, a shared kitchen, and gyms (in the new Wilanowska facility);

Rooms
The dormitories offer spaces in single studio apartments. A few double rooms are also available. All rooms are of a high standard, fully furnished, and feature private bathrooms with a shower and kitchenettes.

From PLN 2,530 including utilities for a 1-person studio room in the Suwak Dormitory; from PLN 2,780 including utilities for a 1-person studio room in the Wilanowska Dormitory.

Getting to the University

Description
Apartamenty Marsa is a modern building located in Praga-Południe. The building offers 360 1- and 2-room apartments intended for long-term rental. Each apartment has internet access. Tenants have access to laundry rooms equipped with dryers and washing machines. The building features a public gym, bicycle shelter, two patios, and roof terraces. Utility advance payments are included in the price.

The reception desk is open from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM; outside of reception working hours, the building is provided with security. It is possible to rent a parking space (250 PLN per month) and a smart TV (10 PLN per month).

Rooms
1-room or 2-room apartments with a bathroom and kitchenette, fully furnished, with an area ranging from 11m2 to 33m2.

Price
From 2,130 PLN with utility advance payments included, discounts and rebates are provided for students from partner universities, i.e., 100 PLN per month upon presentation of a student ID from universities cooperating with Apartamenty Marsa and an additional 50 PLN discount for timely payments.

In the vicinity, there are shopping malls (King Cross, Atrium Promenada), large supermarkets (Auchan, Selgros), bicycle rental stations, the Olszynka Grochowska nature reserve, and on the ground floor of the building, there is also a Żabka convenience store.

The Xior Wenedów private dormitory is located at 3 Wenedów Street.

For the winter semester of 2026, the dormitory is offering the promo code “XIORHOME2026,” which waives the 250 PLN administrative fee when making a reservation.

PJAIT students PJAIT a discount through the end of July using the code “PJATKSAVE1250.” The discount code provides a discount of 1,250 PLN. After this date, the code will no longer be valid.
