Meet lecturers of MBA studies for the IT industry

The lecturers of the MBA program for the IT industry are specialists in their fields, who translate their vast business experience into work with Students. Classes are held in the form of workshops, allowing you to gain substantive knowledge supported by a huge baggage of professional work. Discussion, exchange of views and experiences is an integral part of each class. Small groups allow you to freely ask questions of the lecturer, talk and analyze the topic from the point of view of their own areas.


Krzysztof Górlicki

About the lecturer:

journalist, university lecturer and entrepreneur. For more than a dozen years, he has been hosting „Day in the Life”, „Day after Day” and „Poland and the World” programs on TVN24. He edits and transmits, often as the first in Poland, the most important news and announcements in the country. Helps gain competence in journalism, multimedia production, public speaking, presentation and communication in crisis or extremely stressful situations.


Paweł Tkaczyk

About the lecturer:

in his own words – earns his living by telling stories. He builds strong brands – working with Agora, Allegro Group, many smaller companies, among others. He advises startups and other companies – as a mentor during Startup Weekend or Startup Fest, for example. He shares his knowledge – he writes a blog on branding and has committed three books, „Brand Nooks,” „Gamification” and „Narratology.” He conducts trainings on marketing, branding, social media… He loves letters in almost every – except Comic Sans – form.


Ignacy Morawski

About the lecturer:

chief economist of Puls Biznesu and the originator of the project and head of the SpotData team. For many years he worked in the banking sector (WestLB, Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości), where he served as chief economist. In 2012-16, he won numerous accolades in numerous rankings, including being twice on the podium of the competition for the best macroeconomic analyst organized by „Rzeczpospolita” and the National Bank of Poland.

In 2017, he was included in the New Europe 100 list, recognizing the most innovative people in Central Europe, published by the Financial Times. In 2019, he was recognized by ThinkTank as one of the 10 economists most listened to by Polish business. In the same year, the SpotData project he founded was nominated for a GrandPress Digital award. He graduated in economics from Bocconi University in Milan and in political science from the University of Warsaw.


Witold M.Orłowski

About the lecturer:

professor of economic sciences, chief economic advisor to PwC Poland. Member of the National Development Council to the President of Poland. Former head of the team of economic advisors to President Aleksander Kwasniewski, member of the National Development Council to President Lech Kaczynski and the Government Economic Council to Prime Minister Donald Tusk, former chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Museum in Warsaw. He studied at the University of Lodz and Harvard University. From 1993-97 at the World Bank.

In 2001-05 head of the team of economic advisors to the President of Poland. In the past also advisor to the Chief Negotiator of Poland’s membership in the European Union, Special Advisor to the European Commission, member of the Macroeconomic Council of the Minister of Finance, advisor to many national and international organizations. Author of 14 books and 200 scientific publications, popular economic commentator and columnist for major Polish newspapers.


Prof. dr hab. Małgorzata Zaleska 

About the lecturer:

graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Author of more than 400 scientific and popular science items, primarily on the safety net of the financial system. For years, she has combined her scientific and teaching work with her involvement in business practice. She currently serves as Director of the Institute of Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Chairman of the Committee on Financial Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). She is also a correspondent member of the PAN.

Aleksandra Suchorzewska

About the lecturer:

experienced IT manager, long-time advisor to IT directors, Ph.D. in legal sciences specializing in data security and information systems, cyber-terrorism. Senior Manager at Accenture Technology Strategy, specializing in strategic consulting , especially in the IT area. She has a unique completes combining legal knowledge of criminal law and information security with in-depth IT knowledge.

Dariusz Duma

About the lecturer:

entrepreneur, investor, business consultant, management and leadership coach, founder of Chiltern Consultancy International Poland, Institute of Business Psychology. Creator of development programs for companies and organizations in Poland, Europe and the USA. Specialist in change, organizational management, leadership and sales, leadership career management, business philosophy and psychology. Popularizes knowledge about management – achieving results and long-term satisfaction.


Katarzyna Olszyńska

About the lecturer:

business psychologist, university lecturer, individual development coach. Graduate of Marketing and Management of the Polish-American University (National-Louis University) and Psychology – SWPS University. She gained professional experience in Poland and abroad (USA, France). For 10 years she has been conducting independent mentoring and training and consulting projects.

She has many years of managerial practice. She managed, with numerous successes, a team of several dozen people responsible for the implementation of sales and marketing plans and investment objectives. She specializes in projects dedicated to middle and senior management – especially in the area of soft skills development including: effective leadership (leadership competencies), team management (management psychology) and flexible communication.


adw. prof. INP PAN dr hab. Paweł Podrecki

About the lecturer:

attorney at Law, Senior Partner and co-founder of the law firm Traple Konarski Podrecki and Partners. Legal expert with many years of experience in intellectual property law, competition law, new technology law and civil and procedural law. As an attorney and legal advisor, he supports the management boards of many domestic and foreign companies doing business in Poland.

At the firm, he supervises the work of the largest and repeatedly awarded IP Practice, including the Industrial Property Law, Copyright Law, Life Sciences teams, as well as the Competition and Consumer Protection Law, Litigation Law and Real Estate Law teams. Repeatedly recommended in Polish and foreign rankings of lawyers specializing in intellectual property law and competition law (including Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, WTR1000, Legal 500, Rzeczpospolita).

He combines the practice of law with academic work. He is a professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, head of the Department of Private Law of the INP PAN and the Center for the Law of New Technologies of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Postgraduate Studies „Law of New Technologies”.


Piotr Pobikrowski

About the lecturer:

manager and leader, experienced IT consultant, all his professional life associated with the industry. Graduate of renowned schools and universities in the field of mathematics and computer science, i.e. Wroclaw University of Technology and Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. As a Business Analyst and Project Manager, he has worked with brands such as TVN, ABC Data and Vectra. Currently at Proexe, a Vectra Group company, he manages a PMO team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Graphic Designers and QA specialists.

He is also responsible for VOD platform implementations in the commercial market and public tenders. He trains and advises on end-to-end IT project management, especially on the use of agile methodologies, i.e. Lean, DSDM (aka AgilePM), SCRUM, Kanban, Management 3.0.


Jakub Bojanowski

About the lecturer:

manager and consultant with many years of experience, specializing in technology risk management. Jakub led a team of IT auditors at Deloitte, an international consulting firm, for more than 20 years, providing services in the areas of IT process oversight, IT process compliance with industry regulations, cyber security and crisis management, among others. His clients included executives on the boards of directors and supervisory boards of the largest companies operating on the Polish market, in all major sectors of the economy.


Tomasz Gadomski

About the lecturer:

legal counsel, working with IT industry entities, production houses creative conglomerates and film producers. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2019, he defended his thesis as part of the „Law of Modern Technologies” study organized by Leon Kozminski University.


Anna Kornacka

About the lecturer:

business coach, entrepreneur, promoter of effective communication. She specializes in the area of soft skills, management in the broadest sense. She works with executives from various industries and sectors. Academic lecturer, author of several books on effective communication and management. President of the Board of the Union of Employers of Western Pomerania, member of the General Council of the Lewiatan Confederation, vice-chairman of the Regional Council for Social Dialogue of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Łukasz Kowalik

About the lecturer:

expert in marketing communications, innovation implementation and change management. Consultant to the Board of the Association of Employers of Western Pomerania, Venture Partner at Simpact.VC, supporting portfolio companies in building international market entry strategies. Co-founder of Empirium and Empirium.pl. Manager at Intel Corporation for more than 18 years, where his responsibilities included preparing and implementing marketing communication strategies for new products and programs in Europe and countries in the Middle East and Africa. He holds a PhD in economics and is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw.


Agnieszka Kowaluk

About the lecturer:

graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw at the vocal and acting department. Completed master classes with professors such as Gerhard Kahry (Austria), Leopold Spitzer (Austria), Tomas Herbut (Switzerland), Alison Pearce (England), Andre Orlovitz (Denmark), Ryszard Karczykowski, Jolanta Janucik (Poland), Dean Kaelin (USA), John Henny (USA) , Hubert Noe (Austria). Associate member of the international organization IVTOM (International Voice Teachers Of Mix), which brings together the best voice teachers in the world.

Extensive concert activity at home and abroad, including: a concert tour of Europe with three European tenors, performance as a soloist with the Sinfonia Varsovia orchestra under J.Maksymiuk in F. Mendelssohn’s „Midsummer Night’s Dream”, series of thematic concerts on F.Chopin, Cz. Miłosz. Concerts with song and cantata-oratorio repertoire. Guest cooperation with Wroclaw Opera, Musical Theater in Lodz, Kielce Cultural Center.

In her teaching work, she emphasizes natural vocal technique, consistent with physiology, enabling healthy, effective and effortless use of the voice. He draws on the roots of good, proven vocal art, namely pure bel canto. When working with artists, she pays attention to ensure that the use of the voice is done naturally, lightly, without tension or strain on the vocal apparatus. Being in contact with doctors of phoniatrics, she consults difficult cases of her charges.


Witold Rychłowski

About the lecturer:

practitioner, engaged in negotiation and mediation since 1995.

He works as a trainer, instructor and consultant. He built his professional experience working in managerial positions for Philips and Sony. Today he actively participates in negotiation and mediation processes working with both organizations and companies, as well as individuals.Academic lecturer. Author and translator of books on working with conflict. In his free time he practices and popularizes Kyudo, traditional Japanese archery.


Kamil Wiśniewski

About the lecturer:

since 2015 Director of the Security Consulting Department for Central and Eastern Europe at DXC Technology, previously worked for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise/Hewlett-Packard, Procter & Gamble and Mars Incorporated, among others – associated with the IT industry for almost 20 years, for more than 10 years has been involved in issues related to security in the broadest sense, among others.Among other things, in 2008-2009 he represented Poland as an expert in the work of the European Commission (DG Justice) on the SIS, VIS and STESTA systems; graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, majoring in Business Management.
