Recruitment for the winter semester of the 2024/2025 academic year began on May 6, 2024.
master's degree (Master's) full-time English-speaking 4-semester
Candidates choose a graduate silhouette (area specialized) when applying to study full-time . The first semester is in addition to the subjects from the studies Bachelor's degree.
Graduates PJAIT, who want to apply to study full-time, should join the recruitment in January-February, when the recruitment for 3-semester studies is ongoing.

Classes in full-time studies are held on weekdays in the afternoon and evening (individual subjects earlier).
Requirements for candidates
Candidates should be first or second degree graduates in computer science or related fields, economics, technology, sciences, or graduates in other fields, as long as in the course of these studies or in connection with their professional work they have obtained the necessary computer basics. Additionally required:
- Basic knowledge of: theory of relational databases, statistical methods, basics of programming, use of operating systems, basics of computer networks
- English language skills at least at B2 level
When choosing a silhouette Data Science In addition, the candidate is expected to have basic knowledge of: basic Python programming, use of UNIX operating systems.
1. Online registration
Create an account on the enrolment portal: rekrutacja.pjwstk.edu.pl
You will receive an activation link, and after activating your account you will get access to your profile. Fill out the forms and obligatorily upload your photo. Be sure to select field of study, for which you are applying.
2. Provision of documents
Prepare the required documents, save them in.pdf format, upload the relevant files to the recruitment system. The documents listed below are the necessary minimum required by the university in order to proceed with the selection procedure for the master's degree program. Original documents can be submitted after receiving the admission decision, in person, or sent by mail / courier to the address of the University.
Graduates PJAIT submit:

- Application for admission to the university - the completed form can be downloaded from your profile in the recruitment system ( after uploading a digital photo of ID format), or obtained directly from the Recruitment Department. Candidates who do not upload a photo according to the guidelines will not be able to download the application from the portal. Remember to sign the application!

Graduates of other universities submit:
- Application for enrollment - the completed form can be downloaded from your profile in the enrollment system (after uploading a digital photo of proof format for the purpose of student ID and application). Candidates who do not upload a photo according to the guidelines will not be able to download the application from the portal. Remember to sign the application!
- qualification procedure form (protocol)
- proof of payment for the qualification procedure - PLN 85
- Diploma of graduation with a supplement - the candidate presents the original, a copy or a photocopy certified by a notary public (for those who have not yet taken the defense of the diploma thesis or are waiting to receive the diploma, please provide a certificate from the Student's office regarding the defense / date of defense and the course sheet). If you have a diploma obtained outside Poland, the candidate is also required to provide a translation of the diploma and apostille / legalization*.
- CV, certificates, certificate of completed courses only if you have a first degree in non-technical fields (possible confirmation of work experience if the job is related to IT). Please send additional documents to rekrutacja@pja.edu.pl
NOTE: Candidates from outside Poland should additionally provide a photocopy of their passport. Foreigners who wish to study Polish/English-language studies must know the language to a communicative degree.
*Apostille/Legalization does not apply to citizens of the European Union, EFTA countries, Australia, Belarus, Canada, Ukraine, the US and the UK.
3 Qualification procedure
Eligibility for studies is based on the qualification procedure.
Payment for the qualification procedure should be made to your individual account - visible in your own recruitment profile (after logging in to the recruitment portal: rekrutacja.pjwstk.edu.pl)
The selection committee evaluates the candidate's current education on the basis of the documents submitted and qualifies for the appropriate form of study.
In the case of candidates from outside PJAIT, with whom there will be curriculum differences, it may be necessary to complete additional subjects of study Bachelor's degree. The decision is made by the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science.
Graduates of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Management PJAIT are exempt from the qualification procedure. The qualification procedure is paid - 85 PLN.
4. Studies qualification
The college qualification decision is sent after passing the qualification procedure, providing a set of documents. The decision is sent to the email address provided in the recruitment portal.
The decision on the qualification of Graduates PJAIT is sent on a regular basis.
5. Contract
A contract is a type of agreement that defines PJAIT 's obligations to you and yours to PJAIT.
The signed contract is uploaded by the candidate to his profile on the recruitment portal.
We would like to inform you that it is possible to sign a contract directly with the Recruitment Department.
Candidates qualified for the study are required to sign a contract with the University within 2 weeks and pay the first installment of tuition fees.
Candidates from abroad who will need a certificate of commencement of studies in order to obtain/renew a visa, residence card are required to pay tuition fees for a minimum of one semester in advance.
If your studies are paid for by your employer, for example, you can sign a contract with a University-Sponsor-Student annex. At the time of signing the contract, please make this request.

Note: candidates signing a contract a week before the end of the recruitment period PJAIT does not guarantee the issuance of an ID card and the activation of an account on the University's server before the start of classes.
5. Certificate of admission
In order to obtain a "Certificate of admission of a foreigner to study" (a document necessary to legalize the stay in Poland) it is necessary to pay tuition fees for a minimum of one semester. The certificate at the request of the candidate is sent to the e-mail in the form of a scan. Candidates who need an original certificate must send the request to rekrutacja@pja.edu.pl with the full postal address indicated.
