You are cordially invited to attend a lecture by Professor Peter C. Bishop, an American futurologist and expert on future strategies. The lecture will take place on the main campus of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology at 86 Koszykowa Street in Warsaw, building A, auditorium A1.
The lecture will be conducted in English. Registration is mandatory.

Peter C. Bishop is professor emeritus and former director of the Future Studies Program at the University of Houston. In his academic career, he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in philosophy, mathematics, physics and sociology, and received his doctorate in sociology in 1974. He specializes in long-term forecasting and strategic planning techniques. He is the author of the highly regarded book Thinking about the Future: Guidelines for Strategic Foresight (co-authored with Andy Hines), and has given seminars and speeches for organizations such as IBM, NASA and Nestlé USA.
