Scrum in Practice: How Do Agile Teams Deliver IT Projects?
At the turn of July and August 2023, a four-week series of IT skills training courses titled "Data Collection Survey for Ukrainian IT Human Resource Development" took place at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. The project was initiated by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in close cooperation with PJAIT. Around 100 higher education graduates from Ukraine participated in the courses. They improved their skills in Excel spreadsheets and WordPress website creation tools, and also learned Python programming.
A video from the PJ NOW series summarizes the cooperation between JICA and PJAIT on this project. We look forward to more such developmental initiatives in the future.
