1. What influenced you to pursue an MBA at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology?

I decided to pursue an MBA, wanting to meet interesting people related to the IT industry. I was hoping to broaden my perspective and make valuable contacts. The staff was also not insignificant, as they caught my attention with their diverse competencies and extensive experience.

2. How do you recall your time at MBA 4 IT at PJAIT? What was the most significant thing for you during the studies themselves?

The classes were very interesting and, despite the remote form, engaged the Students. For me, MBA studies are a meeting of experienced practitioners - Students and Lecturers. I consider the interpersonal aspect to be the most important - the opportunity to make valuable friends and broaden perspective.

3. What areas from the curriculum covered during the MBA program were most relevant and useful to you in your professional life?

Most interesting were the technical aspects related to IT and Cyber Security, as well as skills and management models based on empirical data.

4. How do you assess the cooperation of MBA students during the course and the contact between the student and the lecturer. Are the relationships that have been established important to you?

Collaboration, despite demanding online spaces, was at a high level both during group work between Participants, as well as
during the lecture itself. Worthy of mention for me are the classes with Paul Tkaczyk, who, despite the distance, greatly engaged and even enthralled the participants. The relationships built continue and I think they will even gain value with time.

5. How did your MBA study contribute to your career development?

They enabled me to establish valuable contacts, exchange professional knowledge and strengthen my leadership position in the company I manage. The MBA also significantly raised my qualifications and prestige, which make up the market value of an employee.

6. What values, beyond the curriculum itself, were most important to you during the MBA itself?

The greatest values are always the relationship between Participants and Lecturers and the opportunity for IT practitioners to exchange experiences.

7. What tips could you give to potential MBA candidates?

I would encourage one to read the literature that pertains to the area of study and the subjects. Also prepare for oneself a list of problems and issues that one would like to review and clarify during the course of study. I think this will go a long way in bringing many times more knowledge and experience.
