Scrum in Practice: How Do Agile Teams Deliver IT Projects?
Female students of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology Ms. Oliwia Giżyńska and Ms. Natalia Chotza were among the distinguished participants in the 2nd edition of the Hi-Tech Girls competition organized by Orange Polska – flagship partner of PJAIT. Orange focuses on development through practice, which is why the winners received a six-month mentoring program with managers from Orange as part of their prize. In addition, they will complete a 3-month internship in the company's teams with the possibility of extending cooperation.
During the competition, the female students faced tasks from a topic chosen from four areas: Cloud, Data: AI & Digital Analytics, Cybersecurity, Software Development. Ms. Oliwia completed her competition task in the area of cloud technologies, and Ms. Natalia in Backend.
