For the second time, the Museum of Asia and the Pacific is opening its spaces to a format conceived by world-renowned calligrapher Brody Neuenschwander.

Editions of calligraphy performances take place in public spaces around the world, gathering creators writing in various writing systems. An important element of the event is complete silence – both on the part of the calligraphers and the audience walking among them. This allows experiencing a broad spectrum of the materiality of writing, which is usually dominated by visuality.

This year's edition of the calligraphy performance will take place on December 14 at 6:00 PM and is being created in cooperation with the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. The curator of the event is our lecturer, Monika Marek-Łucka.

Free admission.
