Specialized areas

The study program covers eight semesters and is divided into two phases.


The first six semesters include base teaching, in which students acquire general knowledge in visual arts, computer techniques and theoretical knowledge of art and design history.

In the seventh semester, students choose area specialized and deepen their knowledge of computer techniques and design arts according to their chosen direction.

Students spend the last two semesters of their studies doing an undergraduate project under the guidance of a supervisor, which is the basis for their degree.

Individual revisions and consultations include a practical project, a written thesis and a design annex. There is an undergraduate degree in Interior Design and Exhibition Design to choose from.

The mandatory design annex can be done by the student in the Visual Communication Studio, the Landscape Architecture Studio or the Furniture Design Studio.

Interior Design

Students choosing area diploma Interior Design learn about the problems, methods and techniques necessary for the design and arrangement of residential spaces, commercial premises and the design of small commercial forms. The diploma in the form of presentations or design boards includes, among other things, design assumptions, moodboards, technical drawings, and must additionally include multimedia elements such as 3D visualizations and so-called multimedia walks through selected project spaces.


Students choosing this area after graduation Bachelor's degree are prepared, in particular, to work in positions:

  1. independent interior designer
  2. employee in an architectural and interior design office
  3. technical drawing contractor
  4. 3D graphic designer in interior and exhibition specialization



Within the scope, the student acquires knowledge, skills and social competencies that provide the basis for professional development in the direction of designing and arranging residential and commercial spaces.

Exhibition Design

Students choosing area diploma Exhibition Design learn about the problems, methods and techniques necessary for the design and arrangement of exhibition spaces, gallery exhibitions and the design of small functional forms. The diploma, in the form of presentations or design boards, includes, among other things, design assumptions, moodboards, technical drawings, and must additionally include multimedia elements such as 3D visualizations and so-called multimedia walks through selected project spaces.


Students choosing this area after graduation Bachelor's degree are prepared, in particular, to work in positions:

  1. independent designer of exhibitions and gallery displays
  2. employee in an architectural and interior design office
  3. technical drawing contractor
  4. 3D graphic designer in interior and exhibition specialization



Within the scope, the student acquires knowledge, skills and social competencies that form the basis for professional development in the direction of designing and arranging exhibition spaces and gallery displays.
