All about the trip: WINTEGRAL 2025
The trip offers an exciting skiing and snowboarding experience in Marilleva, Italy, for students from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Participants will enjoy easy access to slopes, with 165 km of pistes in Marilleva-Folgarida and potential expansion to Madonna and Pinzolo. The region is known for its sunny weather and excellent ski conditions. Guests will stay close to the slopes, with additional workshops, parties, and other activities. The area is also known as the „Valley of the Sun” due to its high number of sunny days.
The basic ski pass included in the trip gives access to Marilleva and Folgarida ski resorts, which offer 70 km of well-prepared slopes, mostly set in scenic forested areas. The resort is equipped with modern lifts, including 7 gondolas and 15 chairlifts, ensuring high capacity (up to 38,000 people per hour). Additionally, there are 2 snowparks. This makes it a great destination for skiers and snowboarders seeking a variety of terrain with efficient lift systems.
The extended ski pass grants access to Marilleva, Folgarida, Madonna di Campiglio, and Pinzolo, totaling over 165 km of slopes. The pass can be purchased for an additional €85, or extended individually for €30/day. Madonna di Campiglio is renowned for its long winter sports tradition, offering high-altitude skiing, while Pinzolo provides 35 km of excellent, less crowded slopes, including a challenging black run. The resort has 16 gondolas, 33 chairlifts, 10 drag lifts, and 4 snowparks.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation in Marilleva is at the Albare Residence (Marilleva 1400), located just 50 meters from the slopes. It features large panoramic windows with views of the valley and forest. The residence is comfortable, though with a retro style, and offers access to the Solaria hotel’s pool area for an additional fee. The residence is also conveniently close to a restaurant (100m) and a shop (100m).
ROOMS
The 5-person BILO apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a separate area with a bunk bed and a single bed (for a total of 3). It includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a WC and shower. The apartment is divided by a partial wall that offers minimal soundproofing but some privacy. It is a functional yet somewhat openplan space.
BUS
The coaches have a more spacious seating arrangement than standard tourist buses, with onboard restrooms.
For the bus trip, you can bring:
- 1 small carry-on (max 5 kg), such as a small backpack or laptop bag.
- 1 checked bag (max 20 kg and 158 cm total dimensions), like a soft sports bag or backpack.
- 1 set of sports equipment, such as skis with poles or a snowboard with bindings (no clothes in the bag).
Hard-shell suitcases are not allowed.
Additional options for purchase when booking the trip include:
- XXL seat (+250 PLN) for more legroom.
- Extra empty seat (+400 PLN) next to you, with additional carry-on up to 5 kg.
- Extra sports equipment (+150 PLN).
- Expanded main luggage (+100 PLN) for larger baggage and hard-shell suitcases
- Baggage transport (+300 PLN) for those with their own transport.
- Sports equipment transport (+150 PLN) for those with their own transport.
SKI LESSONS
Group ski training costs 600 PLN for 6 days, with the number of hours depending on the group size. Additionally, individual training packages are available: 2 hours for 400 PLN or 4 hours for 800 PLN. If you decide to book group lessons during the trip, the cost is 200 EUR, with individual lessons at 70 EUR per hour (availability depends on instructor scheduling).
Group lessons are offered in three variants based on group size and duration:
- Variant 1: 2-3 people, 1 hour per day for 6 days.
- Variant 2: 4-5 people, 1.5 hours per day for 6 days.
- Variant 3: 6-7 people, 2 hours per day for 6 days.
The instructor will assign groups according to skill level to ensure effective training.

– ski/snowboard insurance (from 50 PLN per person),
-TFG and TFP fee (20 PLN per person)
THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- Deposit: 500 PLN within 24 hours of booking.
- Second installment: 50% of the total price, due 60 days before the trip.
- Final installment: 100% of the total price, due 30 days before the trip.
