The exhibition "Japanese Swords..." at the Asia-Pacific Museum (2.05-11.06.2024)

You are cordially invited to the exhibition "Japanese Swords. From the Collection of Gen. Slawomir Petelicki and the Polish Section of the Japanese Sword".

The exhibition is organized by the Andrzej Wawrzyniak Asia and Pacific Museum in Warsaw and will run from May 2 to June 11, 2024.

The exhibition aims to show the importance of the sword in Japanese culture, which is not only an expression of craftsmanship excellence, but also of deep tradition and spiritual strength. The process of making them - katanakaya, requires precision, patience and deep respect for tradition. Today, it is considered one of the most important elements of the country's cultural heritage.
