Study description

Postgraduate studies in Educational Management with Personalized Education enable the acquisition of qualifications to manage schools and institutions. In addition to gaining the credentials needed to manage a school, the value is in gaining the knowledge and experience to make a difference in a school, as well as to establish and run your own educational institution. 


After graduation, students will be ready to play a leadership role in their environment, promote and develop the idea of education that develops creativity, gives students a lot of creative freedom, and at the same time takes care of their needs, talents, interests.
They will get a support group in their activity by maintaining a network of contacts with other students, as well as with the Institute of Good Education - responsible for the substantive side of the study.

Who are these studies aimed at?

The proposed field of study postgraduate program is aimed at university graduates with a master's or bachelor's degree who are interested in gaining competence in the individualization of the teaching process and want to gain qualifications in educational management, thus:

  • People who are interested in and concerned with education;
  • people working in local government units, candidates for directors of schools and educational institutions and those preparing for other leadership positions in education;
  • Teachers interested in working with schools in an innovative, personalized way;
  • Those planning to establish a nonpublic school.

Graduates of this direction most often:

  • make changes in the school where they work;
  • enter competitions for leadership positions in schools and institutions, education;
  • want to work with students in a personalized way - tailored to their needs;
  • are looking for out-of-the-box and innovative educational solutions;
  • plan to become school heads or join school management;
  • are preparing to establish a nonpublic school, in which they want to implement the author's concept of work;
  • are already in charge of a nonpublic school, but want support in organizing its work in a modern way, taking into account the standards of good education - socialization, personalized care for students, assessments that support child development.
