About the lecturer

Neuroscientist, whose great passion is the popularization of knowledge about the brain. He has given more than 600 popular science lectures and workshops for children, adolescents and adults, for more than 10 years he has been organizing Brain Days in the Tri-City, and for his popularization activities he received the Science Popularizer award in the prestigious competition of PAP's Science in Poland service and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. He is currently associated professionally and scientifically with the University of Gdansk. An academic lecturer with many years of experience, he is valued for his exceptional ability to share knowledge and infect people with a passion for neuroscience.

About the lecturer

Soft skills trainer, promoter of the application of the achievements of neuroscience and social psychology in business practice. Since 2000, she has been inspiring and supporting business, administration and academic staff in their development. She works with managers from various industries and sectors, trains, advises, conducts mentoring sessions on effective team management.

She is an academic lecturer, including at the MBA program for the IT industry at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Technology in Warsaw.

She manages educational institutions: owner of Publico training company and CEO of Eduteki sp. o.o. President of the Management Board of the Western Pomerania Employers' Association, member of the General Council of the Lewiatan Confederation, chairwoman of the Regional Council for Social Dialogue in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, member of the Economic Area Development Council of the Slupsk Special Economic Zone.

Passionate about issues related to communication, power and neuroscience, author of numerous articles on effective communication, author of the blog neuromanagement.pl, initiator and manager of the first postgraduate program in Poland called neuromanagement (at PJAIT).

About the lecturer

Graduate of Occupational and Organizational Psychology at UAM, Psychological Education at SWPS, Gestalt consulting in organizations - EAGT and School of Psychological Assistance. Coach, mentor, facilitator, project manager, accredited consultant: KornFerry Management Styles and Extended DISC. Undergoing training at the Institute for Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy.

Most of the professional experience is HR support of the distribution network (including partner branches) of one of the largest commercial banks in Poland. Mainly in functions: recruitment, consulting, conducting workshops for managers - in the role of HR Business Partner, then development manager.

He has built a center of expertise in development, onboarding and performance management - proposing organization-wide solutions for bank advisors and their supervisors. From there, he has experience as both an executive and a person who designs, implements and manages the process across the organization.

He also has HR experience working for an automotive manufacturing company. Currently, as an HR Business Partner, he is developing the soft HR functions of the VW brand dealership group.

Grozny scholar, doctor of humanities specializing in games, university lecturer and trainer; specializes in storytelling, game design, gamification techniques and cultural aspects of game development. President of the GameUP Game Research and Development Association, and CEO of Astrolabe Stories studio. For years he has been involved in promoting knowledge about the game industry and networking educational institutions with the game dev industry. Author of, among other books, The Witcher. The Story of a Phenomenon and Action is Female. Lara Croft and other heroines of action and point-and-click adventure games from 1996-2018.

About the lecturer

D. - laboratory diagnostician, assistant of the ZDL of the Regional Hospital in Szczecin, assistant professor of WSIE Szczecin, graduate of biological studies and postgraduate studies in medical analytics, dietetics, management in education, hygiene and epidemiology, and NCO school in Lodz.

She worked in the Police Department for 5 years in the forensic laboratory, where she worked on DNA profiling /forensic chemistry.

He works in a hospital on a daily basis, where he is involved in clinical immunology, as well as general diagnostics, and has taught medical and general medical subjects for many years.

Her passion is history, so she tries to enrich her lectures with the history of medicine in Poland and around the world, she also attaches great importance to health and safety at work and the topics of infection prevention and health prophylaxis.

Certified tutor, English philologist with over 20 years of experience in education, brainologist - expert in well-being management. Director of the Non-public Teacher Training Center "Sensos". She runs a commercial educational institution "Competence Workshop", where she supports teenagers and adults in developing learning competencies and mental resilience. She works with leaders in the education industry and designs psycho-educational tools and training games. Co-author of the Happy Me™ method and an innovative program to develop future competencies for children and adolescents. She is passionate about learning, with a particular focus on how up-to-date knowledge of the brain and its processes improves personal and professional life.


Bartosz Bobrowicz

About the lecturer

Physiotherapist, founder and owner of the company "Rehabilitation Bartosz Bobrowicz", a professional with many years of experience in the rehabilitation industry. A certified manual therapist and specialist in orthopedic rehabilitation, he has a solid medical education and numerous certifications, which allows him to provide high-quality services in the field of physiotherapy. In addition, he has completed courses in diagnosis and therapy of various areas of the body. He works with such renowned sports clubs as GSPR Gorzów, Pretorian (International Martial Sports Club), Kotwica Kołobrzeg, Gwardia Koszalin and speedway rider Paweł Hlib.

About the lecturer

Facilitator, trainer, coach and change manager. She has over 20 years of experience as an HR manager in financial institutions (ING, Citibank, Pekao SA), many years of experience in leading change in organizations and delivering development and talent programs, and several years of experience working with individual clients as a coach and therapist.

As a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach, she has worked with, among others: Budimex SA, AccorInvest, Orbis, UBS, BNP Paribas, Hochland, CD Project, Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę Foundation, PKP SA, Atos, OBI, Ringier Axel Springer, Alior Bank, Pekao SA.

He specializes in designing systemic development solutions to support business goals, working with teams facing communication difficulties or conflicts, leadership development programs, and programs for successors and high-potential individuals.

Close to her heart is the topic of fostering innovation in the organization and changing employee attitudes in this regard.

She supports clients in the processes of implementing changes and increasing the efficiency of organizations. She has led restructuring projects related to employment optimization, company mergers, expansion of company operations, implementation of IT systems, process improvement and new work methods.

She is a lecturer at the Future Leadership postgraduate program at the Warsaw School of Economics.

She holds a degree in psychology from SWPS and sociology from UW, as well as a postgraduate degree in psychotraumatology from SWPS. She is a Change Manager certified by PROSCI, and is also certified as an ICC and ORSC (Organizational Relationship & System Coaching) coach. She has completed the TROP Train the Trainer School, Advanced Facilitation Skills and a one-year Motivational Dialogue Study, numerous trainings on the application of transactional analysis in organizations, as well as a several-month NVC Intensive Course.


Catherine Moskal

About the lecturer

Speech therapist, media speech therapist and voice emission trainer.

She is a graduate of, among others, Postgraduate Studies in Voice Emission at the Faculty of Arts of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin and Postgraduate Studies in Media Logopedics at the University of Gdansk. She conducts individual and group classes in voice emission and hygiene, the culture of the living word and diction for representatives of various professions: teachers, coaches, managers, salespeople, media people, journalists, politicians, press officers, as well as employees of customer service departments or call centers. She has conducted training for many companies and state institutions.

In her work, she places particular emphasis on the impact of voice tone and manner of speaking on shaping the image of voice professionals and public speakers, and on learning to protect the voice from overuse. She has taught voice emission to postgraduate students at the University of Communication, Political Science and International Relations in Warsaw, and has taught lecturers at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, the Wrocław University of Technology and other private universities in Poland (the Higher School of Banking in Wrocław and Poznań, the Lower Silesian University). She also conducts individual consultations on media speech therapy for journalists in newsrooms at TVP.
