We are pleased to announce that two papers authored by Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology PhD students Arkadiusz Modzelewski and Witold Sosnkowski have been accepted for the EMNLP 2024 (Empirical Methods in Natural Language Processing) conference.

It is one of the most prestigious conferences in the field of natural language processing and artificial intelligence. Recognized as one of the top three in the field, the conference has the highest A* rating in CORE and brings together outstanding researchers from around the world.


The article, which was accepted for the main conference:

"EU DisinfoTest: a Benchmark for Evaluating Language Models' Ability to Detect Disinformation Narratives".

The EMNLP conference, first held in 1996, focuses on empirical methods in natural language processing. It is one of the most important scientific events in the field, and according to Microsoft Academic, in 2021 it was the 14th most cited conference in computer sciences worldwide. This year's edition will be held in Miami, USA, from November 12-16.
