Szanowni Studenci,

Praktyki są rozliczane elektronicznie raz w tygodniu. Proszę o staranne wypełnienie sprawozdania z praktyk oraz zachowanie właściwej kolejności stron dokumentów jak i dodatkowych załączników, co przyspieszy proces ich rozliczenia.

1.Proszę o przesyłanie na maila tylko jednego pliku w formacie pdf w wysokiej jakości.
2.Nazwa pliku musi zawierać imię i nazwisko.
3.Wysokość jakość skanu można uzyskać przez poprzez użycie aplikacji na telefon np: TurboScan lub innej. Aplikacje wykrywają krawędzie dokumentu i automatycznie go kadrują.
4. Sprawozdania proszę wysyłać wyłącznie na adres praktyki@pjwstk.edu.pl, a nie na kszklanny@pjwstk.edu.pl
5. Studentów i studentki z PJATK w Gdańsku proszę o rozliczanie praktyk w Gdańsku.
6. Po  wypełnieniu sprawozdania odeślę Państwu dokument. Proszę go następnie wysłać na adres mailowy dziekanatu do pani Tetiana Padalka tpadalka@pjwstk.edu.pl dołączając kopię mojego maila.

7. Ostatecznym terminem rozliczeń praktyk studenckich przed obronami w lutym 2023, jest dzień 1 lutego 2023. Każde sprawozdanie, które wpłynie do dnia 1 lutego włącznie, zostanie rozliczone. Kolejne rozliczenia praktyk odbędą się w nowym semestrze.

Dear Students,

Internships are credited electronically once a week. Please fill in the internship report carefully and keep the correct order of the document pages and additional attachments, which will speed up the clearing process.

1.Please send only one high quality pdf file to the email.
2.The file name must include your name.
3.The high quality of the scan can be achieved by using an app for your phone e.g.: TurboScan or other. The apps detect the edges of the document and automatically crop it.
4.Please send reports only to praktyki@pjwstk.edu.pl and not to kszklanny@pjwstk.edu.pl.
5. I would like to ask students from PJATK in Gdańsk to credit their practice in Gdańsk.
6. After completing the internship report, I will send you back it. Please then send it to the Dean’s Office email address to Ms Tetiana Padalka tpadalka@pjwstk.edu.pl attaching a copy of my email.

7. The deadline for submitting student internships is until February 1, 2023. Any report received later will be considered in the new semester.
