"Women's Rights are Human Rights" is a weekly event focused on issues related to people all around the world — human rights and especially women's rights. Based on religious beliefs, politics or traditions, women's rights differ radically and it's worth talking about thereby making women aware that we are not supposed to agree with the existing situation.
Free workshops led by graphic designers from all around the world specializing in animation, typography, visual communication, advertising and social campaigns will be held within a week. We are going to consider a way to express visually the problem covered by the workshop leaders. All the poster prints, animations and GIFs will be presented on April 27th during the symposium.
We are inviting you to a symposium on April 27th. Invited guests and experts will speak about ways to help women and young girls who need advice. They will revert to the history and provide comparisons. Also, we will consider why nowadays the word feminism is perceived negatively.
At the evening, you are invited to enjoy the international exhibition "Women's Rights are Human Rights" by professor Elizabeth Resnick from Boston, the curator of the collection, along with Barbara Nowacka and Mariusz Knorowski, the Director of the Poster Museum.
