Flexibility and comfort

We know that knowledge and skills are acquired most fruitfully in the right conditions, which is why our classes are held both remotely (saving time and energy) and stationary (allowing you to establish and maintain relationships, more fully exchange experiences).

The study lasts two semesters and includes 11 assemblies including: 8 assemblies online and 3 full-time in Warsaw.

Classes are conducted in Polish.

We have designed the program to familiarize Students who do not have a technical or legal background with the broadest possible substantive scope of the topic of cyber security management, as well as to allow practical - workshop practice of many of the topics covered. Students also receive professional sets of materials (scripts, ready-made legal templates, readings - digital and paper textbooks).

Information management in an organization (48 hrs.)

  • Information security in business. Countering industrial espionage
  • Business Intelligence. Legal acquisition of information from open sources - OSINT - workshop activities.
  • Intra-company investigations
  • Direct communication - detecting lies / insincerity - workshop activities
  • Fundamentals of computer forensics

Legal aspects of cyber security (32 hrs.)

  • National and international cyber security regulations and strategies
  • National Cyber Security System - structure, rules of reporting, handling, coordination of incidents, as well as tasks, procedures, responsibilities and rules of interaction of entities included in the KSC
  • Constructing cyber security and IT contracts - workshop class
  • Cybercrime, computer crimes - criminal liability for acts with the use of modern technologies, electronic evidence and the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure
  • Pandemic's impact on cyber security: liability for spreading fake news and hate speech, digital security in remote work
  • Cyber security and labor law - workshop activities
  • Protection of personal data in IT systems (RODO) and classified information in ICT systems - required procedures and documents, good practices. The role of the data protection officer
  • How to ensure digital security in an entity - step by step (enterprises, offices, public institutions) - workshop classes
  • Recent and proposed legal changes in the field of cyber security

  • Risk management - methodology, identification, risk estimation

  • Post incident loss analysis and maintaining operational continuity
