Organization of activities

The program provides 232 hours of classes. Studies last 2 semesters, are conducted in the extramural system, during weekend conventions in Gdansk.

Classes are conducted in Polish.

Subject's descriptions

Typography (24 h)

Students will learn about various forms of graphic design, using
raster graphics, vector graphics and typography. They will skillfully combine
interdisciplinary techniques while working on a project. They will acquire skills to create
both simple layouts i.e. posters, banners, graphics for Social Media, as well as more
complex ones (flyer, brochure). During the course they will learn basic concepts of
printing.

Fundamentals of Visual Communication (24 h)
  • Automation of HR processes
  • AI in the work of the HR department - an overview of available tools and opportunities for AI application
  • Best practices and case studies
Composition and Color Theory (16 h)
  • Talent acquisition vs. company growth strategy
  • Current trends in the labor market - attracting the best employees
  • Application of AI at different stages of recruitment
  • Ethical issues and reputation management - AI in recruitment
  • Overview of tools - good practices and case studies of AI in HR
graphic design Vector (16 h)
  • Analysis of the current HR organization in the context of the risks and needs of the selected company
  • Prepare a list of recommendations for the application of AI in the development of human capital of the selected company
  • Analysis of the main stakeholders (stakeholders) from the point of view of implementing AI solutions. Creation of a stakeholder map
  • Selection of AI tools for use / implementation in the selected company
  • Preparation of the implementation plan and schedule (roadmap)
  • Analysis of new opportunities, chances and potential threats
graphic design Bitmap (16 h)
