Study description
The ability to strengthen a company's image as an attractive employer is an extremely desirable competency today, especially in the IT industry, where competition for good employees is extremely intense. At the postgraduate course on EB in the IT industry, we take a comprehensive approach to employer branding, brand research, strategy building, employee engagement and the selection and implementation of marketing tools.
Under the guidance of some of the best marketing and HR practitioners in Poland, you will learn how to create an employer brand management strategy for the IT industry, learn the principles of applying communication, PR and branding tools, in executing this strategy. You will gain unique and specialized competencies that will allow you to develop your career path. This is the only course on the Polish market that takes into account the specific nature of the IT industry in building an employer's image, so the skills and competencies gained here can be your big competitive advantage.
We have designed the program to familiarize the audience with the widest possible range of EB content, taking into account the latest trends and specifics of the IT industry, as well as to allow practical practice of many of the topics covered.

Who are the studies aimed at?

The graduate will be able to prepare a comprehensive employer branding strategy for an IT company and design campaigns to support the image of the employer in the IT industry. This is the only study on the market that takes into account the specific nature of the IT industry, so the skills and competencies gained here can be your big competitive advantage.
The studies are addressed to people who want to expand their range of professional competencies and gain a unique and highly valued specialization on the labor market. We invite primarily professionals, managers, with particular emphasis on HR, marketing and PR staff.
Graduates in this field work most often:
- In large IT companies, in communications, EB, HR, PR or marketing departments,
- In employment agencies, consulting and branding agencies,
- In marketing and PR agencies,
- as consultants and advisors and set up their own businesses.

Classes are taught by expert practitioners with many years of unique experience in marketing for the IT industry, employer branding projects, HR, corporate social responsibility strategy, management, communications or PR.

Thanks to the business partners of the direction of these studies and a staff composed of lecturers-practitioners, we can provide Listeners with the optimal balance between theory and practice. In the study program, we have included a lot of workshop activities that allow you to quickly practice and verify the issues discussed.

We have planned the entire study so that the students can use the time spent on it not only to acquire knowledge and skills, but also to establish valuable business relationships. In addition, throughout the studies as well as after graduation, you will have the opportunity to maintain lively contact with students and lecturers of all editions, as well as stay up to date with EB news and trends in the IT industry.
