Outgoing students

PJAIT students have the possibility to apply for Erasmus+ scholarships and scholarships under individual contracts with Japanese universities. Information on Japanese scholarships – in a separate heading (see: menu on the left).

Erasmus+ scholarships are offered in two categories:

  • studies
  • internship

Study abroad under the Erasmus+ programme

Application period: once a year, end of the first semester

Notification via online form (link below).

Prior to the notification, please refer to the rules of recruitment and orientation guide for outgoing students (link below).


Note: the form accepts answers only through university e-mail accounts. During completion of the form you will be asked to attach a photograph compliant with the requirements concerning student card photos. The form requires to enclose a CV, or a CV and a portfolio in PDF format.

Report upon completion of mobility

Each student after his/her return from mobility (studies, internship) is required to share the experience from such travel:

  • with the European Commission which organises the programme (online form; each participant receives it by e-mail at the end of the mobility period)
  • with the PJAIT community. The online form is permanently available at:PJAIT Mobility Report
